All pancakes are not created equal. Enjoy keto-friendly pancakes without sacrificing the taste or texture. These light and fluffy pancakes are crafted with healthy, nutrient-dense fats to keep you feeling full longer. Take your breakfast to the next level with a cup of Protein Coffee!
In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
Using a hand mixer, pulse repeatedly until all ingredients are smooth and well combined.
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Once hot, use a ¼ measuring cup to create a circular dollop of pancake mix onto the skillet or griddle.
Cook for about 3-4 minutes until you can slide a thin spatula underneath the pancake.
Flip the pancake and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Repeat steps 3-5 with remaining batter.
