About the recipe
When committing to keto, it is helpful to think of what you can eat instead of what you cannot. Enjoy a healthy, keto-friendly twist to a classic breakfast. As always, be sure to mix up your favorite flavor of Protein Coffee to start off your day with the energy and protein you need!
Step 1

Place eggs in a pot, cover completely with water, and bring the water to a boil.
Step 2
Once water is boiling, turn off the heat and cover the pot with a lid. Allow eggs to sit in the hot water for 6 minutes.

Prepare a bowl of ice water. Once eggs are finished, transfer eggs to the ice water to cool completely before peeling.
Step 4
While eggs are cooling, prepare smoked salmon, spinach, and avocado on a plate.
Step 5
