Dalgona Protein Coffee

What makes this foamy beverage the It-Drink of the year? It’s super easy to make, it’s decadently yummy, and its whipped peaks are just gorgeous. We tried it with Protein Coffee to give it a protein twist & a serious flavor boost! Decide between Caramel Frappé, Mocha Latte, or Iced Coffee for the creamy dollop on top.
In a bowl combine the Protein Coffee, instant decaf coffee, sugar (or sweetener) and boiling water.
Use a whisk to vigorously whip the mixture for 15 minutes or until it turns silky smooth and foamy. (For faster results, use a mixer or hand blender.)
Fill a glass to a bit more than half with the milk. Slowly dollop and swirl the whipped mixture on top of the milk. Enjoy!

Makes for one serving.
Feel free to experiment with the ratio depending on the brand of coffee and type of sweetener you use.
